American Pie Presents: Girls Rants and Belligerents are an original comedy screenplay written by David Wain (The Game, American Pie) and directed by John Waters. It stars Michael Caine, Pamela Anderson, Lisa Bonet and Eddie Murphy. The movie is a spoof on the American Pie franchise and it follows the story of four girls that end up at an auto body shop after a car accident and have to be separated from their families.

The girls spend the night at a women's clothing store before being picked up by the car accident victims' mother. A number of them end up at a local strip club where some women try to take advantage of them. After some time, the mother returns to pick them up and they find themselves at the same strip club where the American Pie movies begin and end. The title of the film comes from the American Pie Presents: Women's Rants and Belligerents series.

In addition to Michael Caine and Lisa Bonet, Jimmy Charles plays their friend and driver. He tries to act like a friend of the sisters' but ends up having his pride hurt because of them. Lisa Bonet's character, Amber, is not impressed by Charles' actions. He often says the wrong things or makes inappropriate remarks. He even asks her if she has had enough beer to drink.

In addition to its characters, American Pie Presents: Girls Rants and Belligerents have some of the funniest scenes in the history of the film industry. The movie starts off with the Sisters of the Hood, a group of women from the hood of Chicago who go to the strip club and have a night out.

They are all dressed up as different characters from American Pie Presents: Girls Rants and Belligerents including Jimmy Charles as his character, "the German Prince". He is playing a role of a drunk and obnoxious man but is still able to talk about some pretty heavy topics with the ladies. After the show, they leave in a cab and find themselves in the street with a crowd of women in their underwear. They run into Lisa Bonet and Amber who want to take one of the panties off of her. daughter's friend. Jimmy Charles starts yelling at them and tries to tell them to get the panties off.

Amber gets her panties off of her friend and tells her daughter to let her talk, and the girl tells her mother about Jimmy Charles' behavior. Later, Amber tells the woman that Jimmy Charles is a real bad influence and tells her daughter to let him know that she doesn't want to have anything to do with him.
